The strategic management of Fiduprevisora S.A. relies on its structure, design and implementation of corporate plans. These plans are the answer to the organizational requirement of relying on sustainable tools in order to achieve and fulfill the needs for each one of the different trust fund interests.

Our Strategic Plan becomes the map that leads the acts of the company. Here, the definition of the companys vision is viewed in long-term period as well as the strategies to achieve that vision based on the analysis of our strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats.

• Our Improvement Plans are built with the firm purpose of developing an organizational culture directed to the continuous improvement through corrective actions in the policies, processes and procedures inherent to each area, in order to guarantee the proper use of the resources as well as an efficient service and the achievement of positive and proactive conducts in the execution of its processes.
• Our Continuity Business Plan has detailed actions that describe procedures, systems and the necessary resources to reform and to continue the operation in case of its interruption.
• Our Administrative Development Plan contains a set of actions, coordinated by entities of our sector and within the established policy lines.
